- Passport with Work Permit or Employment Pass (with minimum 6 months validity)
- Proof of mailing address within last 3 months (Example: telco bills, utilities bills, bank statement from another Bank in Singapore, and etc, where the name must be the same as your Passport and Employment Pass or Work Permit)
